| Hench Control Systems
have successfully been installed in industrial refrigeration facilities in countries
around the world. Hench Control has built and maintained a quality control system since
1989. Our quality products and excellent customer service have established us as a leader
in industrial control systems. Please see what our customers say about Hench Control
Systems! WINNER
OF NATURAL RESOURCES CANADA'S OFFICE OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY AWARD
The Hench Control System was
selected as the winner of Natural Resources Canada's prestigious Office of Energy
Efficiency Award in the "Energy Using Equipment, Commercial/Industrial"
category. We were also honoured by the Canadian Industry Program for Energy Conservation
(CIPEC) as an energy efficiency Success Story from all Canadian business sectors. These
independent assessments and awards recognize the Hench System's energy savings as the best
in the industry and we are very proud to assist companies worldwide in improving their
bottom line while contributing to better product quality and plant performance.

REFRIGERATION
CONTROLS CUT POWER USE
A 25% power use savings at
Belgium's Frigo Lommel
"The control system came on
line at the end of May, 2001 and the energy reduction so far is over 25% in comparison
with energy consumption the year before" said Jan Scholt, who directs Hench's
European sales efforts from an office in the Netherlands. "
.the savings
amounted to over 25%. That's enough to pay for the new control system in about 14
months."

POWER BY THE HOUR
A system from Hench Control
Corp. makes refrigeration equipment work hardest when electricity costs are lowest at
Atlas Cold Storage in Cartersville, Ga.
"The Atlas facility in
Cartersville has 6 million cubic feet of storage space and a large Odenberg blast freezer
for poultry chilling. Its 3,000-plus horsepower engine room has three separate suction
pressures to accommodate various cooling loads. The control system from Hench Control
Corp. decides which compressors should be operating at different times, depending on the
load and the power costs at that time. The control system also saves energy by using the
Hench intermittent cooling approach in the blast freezers. The intermittent cooling
approach reduces power use by reducing blast freezer fan power consumption, as well as the
refrigeration system power needed to remove fan heat. The control system makes everybody's
jobs easier at Cartersville, and has the potential to pay for itself in a very short time
on energy savings alone," says John Fountain, manager of engineering for Atlas in
Georgia.

GOOD, QUALITY
PRODUCT AND SERVICE
Superior support provides 100%
Peace of Mind at Sysco Food Services of Peterborough, Ontario.
"On December 24, 2001 we
experienced a problem with losing communication between the computer and the Hench Control
System. We called Hench Control for assistance, but realized that the office was closed for
the Christmas holidays. Within the hour our call was returned by the "on call"
Hench technician
." Said Mike Roche, Facility Maintenance Manager.

GAINS CONTROL OF
REFRIGERATION ENERGY COSTS
A 20-40% Energy Savings at Maple
Lodge Farms of Georgetown, Ontario.
"Typically the high side would
normally be running three 500hp compressors. Now (with the Hench System), typically two
and sometimes even just one 500hp compressor can hold the load," said Bill Pennycook,
chief engineer.

SMART SAVINGS
23-30%
Versacold's Chatham, Ontario,
warehouse gets more control over its refrigeration system and reduces energy costs by up
to 30 percent.
"The Hench system makes it
much easier to operate and locate the source of problems with the plant's refrigeration
equipment" said Plant Manager Gary Butler of Versacold Chatham. "With our other
system, you could only set minimum and maximum limits on the machines, which ran all the
time. By contrast the Hench system automatically picks the most efficient machine or
combination of machines to meet refrigeration load needs. As the [energy requirement] load
comes down, the Hench system can compute the refrigeration need, shut down a larger unit
and shift operation to a smaller machine" he says.
