| Superior
service, technical support and warranty continue to benefit every facility long after a
Hench System has been installed. |
| 24-Hour Technical Support: |
| An
"on call" technician is available to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. The technician can provide assistance with suggestions on refrigeration system
operation. The technician also has the ability to dial into the facilitys computer
to check on the control system settings. |
| Annual Operator Training Courses: |
Hench
System users are provided with extensive training during start-up. Often however, the
operator is busy and distracted with other daily tasks and also has a lot to comprehend in
a short period of time. As a result, Hench Control offers an annual Operator Refresher and
Advanced Training Course. The course is designed to teach novice users and refresh veteran
users knowledge of the Hench Systems hardware and software features.
The Operator Refresher and Advanced Training Course offers two days of hands-on training
by Hench Control staff. |
| The Operator Refresher
and Advanced Training Course includes the following: |
 |
Using Windows as it applies to the Hench System |
 |
Re-calibrating sensors to maintain system accuracy
and control |
 |
Adjusting set-points and other control parameters for
optimal energy savings |
 |
Maximizing use of powerful Historical Trend data
features |
 |
Using the Hench Control System to locate and solve
refrigeration equipment maintenance issues |
 |
Programming Ladder Logic to customize miscellaneous
control and monitoring needs |
 |
Using the Remote Communications Package to maximize
off-site control capabilities |
 |
Set-up and use of Hench Alarm Paging Software |
|
| Hench Operator

| Hench Ammonia Refrigeration System Training Software |
| The Hench Ammonia
Refrigeration Training Software Program was created to provide training to ammonia
refrigeration operators. The simulated refrigeration environment allows the trainee to
manipulate the refrigeration system by introducing faults (i.e. pump, valve, fuse, fan, or
wiring failure) into the refrigeration system, which causes the normal pressures and
temperatures to take on abnormal values. The Hench Ammonia Refrigeration Training Software
Program then allows the trainee to fix the fault and restore the refrigeration
system to normal operation. The trainee can apply the knowledge acquired from the Hench
Training Software to an actual refrigeration system. |
|
| Hench Energy Management Service Program |
| The Energy
Management Service Program is a complete turnkey system including installation of Hench
controllers, field wiring, startup, training, energy analysis, ongoing monitoring, energy
management, warranty, service, and financing for the term of the contract. |
The energy savings
generated pay for the Hench Control System and the Energy Management Service. The excess
savings are to the benefit of the customer and supply a positive cash flow each year
without any ongoing costs.
